Child Protection Standards

Within the framework of this document, the Social Network (as defined in the User Agreement) is referred to as LOCALHUB.

LOCALHUB is committed to creating a safe digital space and strictly adhering to standards aimed at protecting children from any form of sexual violence and exploitation. These standards are intended to inform our users and confirm the company's commitment to protecting the rights of minors.

1. General Provisions

• Policy Purpose. Our commitment is to ensure that content published and distributed through LOCALHUB does not contain materials promoting or depicting sexual violence against children or their exploitation, and does not facilitate the involvement of minors in any form of sexualized communication or commercial exploitation.

• Legal Basis. LOCALHUB's policy is based on international legal standards, including the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, Russian legislation, as well as platform requirements, such as those from Google Play, for application content, which strictly prohibit materials depicting sexual violence against children and their exploitation.

2. Prohibited Content

The following is strictly prohibited in LOCALHUB:

• Publication, distribution, or broadcasting of materials depicting sexual violence against children, even if the scenes are simulated or presented in an educational context.
• Any form of recruitment or online grooming aimed at establishing contact for the purpose of sexual exploitation of minors.
• Distribution of content that can be interpreted as normalizing sexual exploitation or violence against children.
• Any actions facilitating the creation or distribution of materials containing sexualized images of children or provoking sexual behavior among minors, as well as any other actions recognized as illegal under the legislation of the Russian Federation.
• Publication of any other information that has restrictions/prohibitions on distribution on the Internet in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

3. Control and Moderation Mechanisms

To ensure compliance with these standards, LOCALHUB implements the following measures:

• Thorough Content Moderation. All materials uploaded by users undergo automated and manual verification using modern technologies for analyzing images, text, and video materials.
• Reporting System. Users have the ability to immediately report any content that they believe violates these standards. Each incoming report is carefully analyzed by specialists, and if a violation is confirmed, the relevant content is removed.

Periodic Audits. We regularly conduct internal and external security audits to ensure the effectiveness of the measures implemented and the relevance of our standards.

4. LOCALHUB's Obligations

LOCALHUB guarantees:

• Full transparency of content moderation policy and prompt response to user inquiries.
• Training and regular professional development for moderators and technical specialists in the field of protecting children from online threats.
• Application of best practices and technologies to prevent any attempts to violate standards, including integration of parental control tools where necessary.
• Cooperation with law enforcement agencies and international organizations for timely detection and suppression of any cases of sexual violence against children and their exploitation.

5. Liability for Violation of Standards

Violation of these standards entails:

• Immediate removal of violating content from the platform.
• For repeated or gross violations – blocking of the user's account and, if necessary, transferring information about the violation to the competent law enforcement authorities.
• Legal liability in accordance with applicable legislation.

6. Policy Update

These standards may be periodically reviewed and supplemented in accordance with changes in legislation, recommendations of international organizations, and digital security requirements. We undertake to promptly inform users of any changes to the policy.

LOCALHUB strives to ensure maximum protection of children's rights and create a safe space for all users.
